Pregnancy Pamper
Growing a baby is life changing and pregnancy comes with physical, mental and emotional challenges therefore it is really important to receive regular nurturing sessions that will nourish both Mum to be and baby.
Treatments can begin from second trimester onwards.

Pregnancy Massage - A blissful top to toe massage with long, luxurious massage strokes to ease stress, tension and aches and pains. This includes baby bump massage to bring connection to your baby. Optimal comfort with cushions galore to ensure safety and comfort.

Maternity Reflexology -Reflexology helps to balance the hormonal and emotional rollercoaster that pregnancy can bring, eases physical symptoms including backache, heartburn and morning sickness. Regular reflexology treatments throughout pregnancy is believed to help shorten the duration of labour, with many women requiring less pain relief.

Are you suffering with peri-menopause or menopausal symptoms?
Mellow-pause will help to support you through this transition of transformation and regeneration.
Beginning with a head, shoulder and neck massage using essential oils to destress the mind followed by a nourishing reflexology foot treatment to balance hormones, cleanse your emotions and restore harmony in the body and mind.
